Vitamin A 40,000 IU (as Alpha carotene, gamma carotene and 75% as Beta carotene), Vitamin E 5 IU (as d-alpha tocopheryl), Carotene complex 100 mg (Beta carotene 18.6 mg, Alpha carotene 9.9 mg, Gamma carotene 720 mcg, Lycopene 90 mcg, and Lyc-o-mato natural tomato extract providing 210 mcg lycopene. Other Ingredients: Rice Bran oil, Gelatin, Glycerin, Water, Yellow beeswax, Lecithin, Annatto (seed) oil, Titanium dioxide.
