The Trouble with Toxins

Beneficial Intestinal Microflora for a Healthy Colon

One of Fiber Perfect's primary ingredients in Inuln- FOS, a proven prebiotic (prebiotics are preferred food sources for beneficial colon bacteria and selectively simulate their growth). In vitro and in vivo studies have demonstrated the effectiveness of Inulin-FOS in promoting the growth of bifidobacteria. The colon is home to a varied mix of organisms. The dominant beneficial bacteria in the colon are bifidobacteria. Essentially, these bacteria produce by-products that acidify the colon lining. Many harmful bacteria and fungi - such as Candida albicans cannot grow in an acidic environment. Usage

Take 3-6 capsules approximately 1/2 hour before breakfast with a full glass of water. You may repeat 3-6 capsules approximately 2 hours after dinner, again with a full glass of water.
