For example: The shipping charge for a 3lb shipment by 1st class international is $28.45. This is reduced by $7.95 for orders over $95 to a low $20.50.

If your order is for more than US$95 you qualify for an instant US$7.95 shipping reduction. SEE THE RATE TABLE ABOVE. The $7.95 is directly applied in the shipping rate that is available. (This offer CAN be further combined with discount codes).

UK and rest of Europe Shipping Options:

1. EXPRESS MAIL INTERNATIONAL - 5 day arrival times
This is our fastest option available from USPS. See the table below for estimated shipping charges based on package weights. Shipping confirmation provided. (USPS Estimated Arrival time).

2. PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL - 6-10 day arrival times
This is a reasonable cost and reasonably fast shipping service available from the USPS. See the grid below for estimated shipping charges based on package weights. Shipping confirmation provided. (USPS Estimated Arrival time).

3. FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL MAIL - 10+ day arrival times
This is the most economical and least expedient shipping service available from USPS. Maximum total order weight is 4lb. No electronic shipping confirmation or tracking available. This can be very good value for low weight, low cost orders. Delivery times vary. (USPS Estimated Arrival time).

We try to be conservative on delivery times expectations as time spent in customs varies outside our control.

Orders Over 6lb:

Interested in placing an order that is over US$200? USPS provide International Priority flat rate boxes that we are happy to use to save you money. The flat rate boxes can be more economical for orders 6lb and up. We will figure out a special rate for you, which you can either accept or reject with no obligation. Place your order as normal, register, choose shipping class preference and check out. CHOOSE TO PAY VIA "QUOTATION" not credit card. We will calculate your total order and email the amount to you. You can then either pay directly on-line or call us with your creditcard. This applies only to orders over US$200.

Other notes:

The prices above DO include a small handling fee that is included in all packages and DOES NOT include any insurance. We DO NOT offer insurance on international shipping at this time. The handling fee covers our costs for completing customs applications and the additional time and resources required to process international orders.

WHY DO THESE RATES ONLY APPLY TO NEW CHAPTER, JARROW, NORDIC NATURALS, NUTRACEUTICS AND PURE ESSENCE?
Our experience shows that customers appreciate our service and prices on these brands. We are aiming to continue this tradition of low costs and high service with these premium brands. Our standard Canadian shipping rates apply to any orders which combining any products from other brands. If by mistake you include products from other brands not included in this offer, you will be requested to provide extra payment. WHO PAYS DUTIES, TAXES and BROKERAGE FEES?
All import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the Customer and your receipt and acceptance of your order indicates your acceptance of these terms. We have no way of knowing these charges when the package leaves our facility.

WHY DON'T WE OFFER FEDEX OR UPS SHIPPING TO UK and rest of Europe?
We do not currently ship with FedEx or UPS and at the present time have no plans of adding to our shipping options. If this changes we will make note of the change here. 

DO WE OFFER DEUTSCHE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TO UK and rest of Europe?
We do offer Deutsche International shipping. Please ask us for a quotation.
