Purchasing Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are purchased just like any other item in our store.
You can pay for them using the stores standard payment method(s).
At purchase you can specify details that will be printed directly onto the card. For example, you might choose a personal message. The gift certificate will have the image you selected on one side and your optional personal message and redemption value and details on the reverse.
The Gift Certificate is printed on on a plastic card - the same size as a credit card. Your present can be conveniently kept by the person you give it to in their purse or wallet until they wish to use it. |
How to Send Gift Certificates.
To send a Gift Certificate that you have purchased, Once purchased the Gift Certificate will be sent directly to the Mail to address. During the holiday season, we typically run a promotion for Gift Certificates and waive shipping and handling charges.
Please ensure that you have entered all of the information correctly, although you will be given the opportunity to change this as much as you want before checking out.

Buying with Gift Certificates.
If you have a Gift Certificate card, you can use those funds to purchase other items in our store. At the checkout stage, an extra box will appear.
Enter the unique Gift Certificate code in this box. Please note, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your Gift Certificate to cover the cost of your purchase.
If you have more funds in your Gift Certificate card than the total cost of your purchase the balance will NOT be left for future use. So please use the full value. All purchases with Gift Certificates count towards MyHealthMyWorld Reward points.

Redeeming Gift Certificates.
If you receive a Gift Certificate it will contain details of who sent you the Gift Certificate, along with possibly a short message from them. The Gift Certificate card will also contain the Gift Certificate Number. It is probably a good idea to make a note of this for future reference, as we cannot (for security reasons) reissue the card if lost. You can now redeem the Gift Certificate as above. |
