To thank you all for your support and to offer future incentives for you we would like to give something back, this is why we have launched the MyHealthMyWorld Reward Program.

Our Reward Point Program is as simple as it sounds. While shopping at MyHealthMyworld.com you will earn MyHealthMyWorld Rewards for the money you spend. Once earned, you'll be able to use those points to pay for future purchases at MyHealthMyWorld or accumulate your points and participate in NaturalHealthTrust.com by donating some or all of your rewards against projects that you vote on. (This link explains how your rewards can be used to have added value when donated). The choice is yours to make.

How Does The Program Work?

When an order is placed, the total amount* of the order will be used to calculate the amount of points earned. These points are added to your account as pending in your MyHealthMyWorld Rewards balance.
All approved points are listed under View your MyHealthMyWorld Rewards account and will stay there until used.

Rewards are approved and released to your account upon clearance of payment and shipping of your order. The Rewards are ready for you to spend on whatever you want within MyHealthMyWorld or to save for donation.
Reward points do not expire and can be accumulated until you decide to use them. Rules on donated points are detailed below.
You must login to your account in order to view the status of your points.

During the checkout process you'll be able to pay for your order with your MyHealthMyWorld Rewards balance. Or alternatively accumulate them and donate them in November to help steer our outreach projects.

* in most cases shipping and handling fees are excluded.

Points and Values

For each $1.00 spent at MyHealthMyWorld.com you'll earn ONE MyHealthMyWorld Reward Point . No Rewards are currently granted for shipping and handling expenses.

Each point is worth $0.01 off a future purchase.

Alternatively you may chose to donate your Rewards using a favorable conversion rate. This helps your MyHealthMyWorld reward points go even further. Please note, we reserve the right to make changes to the above rate at any time without prior notice. The rate shown on this page will always be current. The conversion rate for donations is described in detail below. MyHealthMyWorld reward points have no direct financial value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Please see a further explanation of terms below.

Redeeming MyHealthMyWorld Rewards For Direct Purchases.

If you have a balance in your MyHealthMyWorld Reward Account, you can use these points to pay for purchases made at www.MyHealthMyWorld.com.

During the checkout process, on the second checkout stage for acknowledging your shipping address, there will be a box to enter the amount of points you wish to redeem. Enter the amount of Reward points you would like to spend. Please note, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your MyHealthMyWorld Reward balance to cover the cost of your purchase. MyHealthMyWorld Rewards cannot be used to cover the cost of shipping and handling expenses.

Continue the checkout procedure and at the Summary page you'll notice that the value of the points redeemed will have been credited towards your order. Once you confirm your order, your MyHealthMyWorld Reward account will be updated and the points used deducted from your balance. Note that the part of any purchase that is made by redeeming points does not qualify for new Reward points. Please see a further explanation of terms below.

Redeeming MyHealthMyWorld Rewards For Donation.

If you have MyHealthMyWorld Rewards, you can also use these points to donate towards Community Projects.

Community Members provide essential support to funding the outreach of MyHealthMyWorld via contributions to NaturalHealthTrust.com. NaturalHealthTrust.com* is a fully owned affiliate of Natural Health Formula, Inc cooperative. In November of each year, we contact all active Community Members** via email about proposed community outreach projects for the following year. You elect which projects are of interest to you. The MyHealthMyWorld rewards that you pledge will be increased by a conversion rate. The conversion rate- varies from year to year. You decide how many MyHealthMyWorld Record points you wish to donate and allocate your rewards according to your preference. Your MyHealthMyWorld Reward account will be adjusted for the donation.You should be aware that all management contributions by Employee Members to NaturalHealthTrust.com are voluntary and no salary or expenses are deducted from your donations. 100% of your donation goes into the projects. * NaturalHealthTrust.com is a separate entity from MyHealthMyWorld and financially independent from the Cooperative. NaturalHealthTrust.com's funds are not available for the cooperative's commercial objectives. The details are defined in our legally binding ByeLaws. The resources of NaturalHealthTrust.com are directed by a steering committee.
** Active Community Members are defined as members that have completed a purchase at MyHealthMyWorld over the last calendar year
***We reserve the right to only provide matching funding for previous years earnt rewards. Only Rewards that are earnt within one calendar year of the email notification are eligible for this benefit.

No Product Restrictions

You can use MyHealthMyWorld Reward points for all products.

Minimum Points Required and Maximum Points for Redemptions

Currently, there is no minimum balance of rewards required before you can redeem them. There is no maximum number of rewards that are allowed to be redeem per order (up to the total value of the order) except shipping and handling. We strongly advise you to check this page often as we may make changes to this policy.

Will I earn points for shipping and handling fees?

No.
When calculating the amount of points earned shipping and handling fees are excluded.

Will I earn points for discounted products?

Yes.
When calculating the amount of points earned, all items including prices that have been discounted are included.

Conditions of Use

MyHealthMyWorld Rewards are only available to registered Community Members.
MyHealthMyWorld Rewards can only be collected and used with online purchases and are only valid at MyHealthMyWorld.com
Reward points are non-refundable and can't be transferred between members.
MyHealthMyWorld Rewards are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash under any circumstances.
MyHealthMyWorld Rewards will not be awarded for any cancelled order.
When buying with MyHealthMyWorld Reward Points, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your MyHealthMyWorld Rewards Account to cover the cost of your purchase.
MyHealthMyWorld Rewards cannot at this time be used for shipping and handling fees.
Purchases made with Reward Points are covered by our Quality Guarantee but not refundable other than by replacement of Reward Points.

Discount Vouchers and Gift Certificates

Promotional discount codes and gift certificates can be used against product purchases by entering the code at the summary step, during checkout. Typically, both discount codes and gift certificates are usable only once per customer, cannot be used against shipping expenses and any unredeemed part of the discount code cannot be carried over to a second purchase.
