International Shipping Policy

We will ship products to most countries in the world! (See restrictions below). In fact, we ship products to International Destinations everyday.

Due to widely varying local customs practices, MyHealthMyWorld cannot guarantee that your order will be allowed into your country by the customs department. It is your responsibility to check your country's policy. Credits can only be issued after the product has been returned to our warehouse - we charge a 25% restocking fee and only refund resaleable items.

We will gladly accept and process your credit card or International Money Order or Check drawn in US Funds through a US Bank.

We apologize but we can NOT accept foreign money orders or checks drawn on non-US banks. Please inquire at your local bank about how you can get an International Money Order or Check "drawn in US Funds through a US Bank." The reason we do this is that we use JavaScript to assemble our e-mail address piece by piece to make it nearly impossible for spiders that crawl our web site to harvest our e-mail addresses. Once they harvest them they sell them to spammers and we get junk mail. The JavaScript we use for this purpose doesn't capture any information about you. The ONLY reason it is used on this page is to thwart harvesting of our e-mail addresses.

International Orders: Orders are shipped via USPS Internationall or Deutsche Post Global Priority Packet Service.  You will be charged based on the weight of your order and country. We provide different rates for Canada, Europe and the Rest of the World. Upon shipment of your order, you will be emailed a shipment confirmation so you know that your order has shipped. Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and customs laws in Buyer's country. All prices quoted within our site are in US funds.

Heavy Weight Shipping Surcharge:  Some heavy items incure a shipping surcharge. Orders in excess of 6lb maybe specially quoted to obtain the best price.

1. We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions, or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United States. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions.
2. Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country. It is the customer's responsibility to check with their Customs office to see if their country permits the shipment of our products to their country. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to orders returned by customs as "illegal to import."
3. If for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. If the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, the customer is still responsible for any shipping charges. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to orders returned by customs as "unclaimed."
4. The customer pays actual shipping charges based on the weight of the package. Shipping charges alone are frequently 50% to 100% of the total cost of the products.
5. The customer is responsible for any losses from the point of shipment. After we place the items with our international shipper we do not have direct control.
6. Prepayment is required. Payment must be by credit card, US money order, or personal check drawn on US bank.
7. The customer is responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. Please Note: All prices quoted within our site are in US funds.
