If you are interested in seeing products
according to category, simply select the Shopping link from the list on
the left side of this page or use this link: All Product Categories. If you
can not find a particular product for a category, please email
us at the address at the top of this page.
Searching For Products Return to top of page
Type in the name or keyword
of the product that you are searching for into the search box
at the top right of this page. Then, click "Search". You will then
see a list of products relating to your query. Click on any of
the links to see more details about that item and/or place the
item in your cart. To bring up a wider range or results, try limiting
your search to one word. Alternatively click this link to view all products sort by name: List of all products .
Recommend To A Friend Return to top of page
You can recommend our Coop and any of our products to your friends simply by clicking on Send to a Friend which also appears on every product page. After you have clicked on that link you'll see a page where you can provide
your name, email and friend's name and email. Type any message for your friend and click "Continue".
We'll gladly send your message similar to this one with a link to the recommended page to your friend. Experience has shown that it is often works best to mention the email later to your friend so they know to look out for the "Refer A Friend" email.
Create An Account Return to top of page
Users who create a personal account with
MyHealthMyWorld, will be able to store all of their billing information with us,
thus preventing having to enter it every time. In addition your account provides you with access to create a secure personal health record using MyHealthMyRecord. To create an account,
simply select "Account Information In" at the top left of
the page, or click here. From there, you will be able to register with us. You
will also be able to register during your check-out process.
Forgot Password Or Changed Email Return to top of page
If you forgot your password, simply go to the Account Information Log In and choose "forgot my password". We will email you your password within a few minutes. (For security reasons, we are unable to forward a password to any email other than the original email. If you change your email - see section below).
Edit Account Information Return to top of page
If you wish to edit your account information,
simply click the "Account Information" at
the top left side of the page. Enter your email address and password
then click the "Log In" button. Click on the "Modify Personal Information " link and change any information
you wish to change then click the "Continue " button located at the bottom of the page when you are finished.
Past and Current Orders Return to top of page
If you wish to view the status of any current or past order,
simply click the "Account Information" at
the top left side of the page. Enter your email address and password
then click the "Log In" button. Click on the View Previous Orders link. From this page you can review the status and any emails related to any of your orders. Many people find this a very useful tracking utility. In addition it is very convenient to select the order and choose " Repeat " which will create a new shopping cart session with the same contents as the previous order, with one click. Delete from or add items to your shopping cart for your new order.
Wish Lists Return to top of page
Sometimes it is simply more convenient to save items to your wish list and come back and buy them later. Every product has a "Wish List "link. Click to add an items or gift to the Wish list.
When you are ready to buy the items in your Wish List, simply log In and
click on the "Your Saved Wish List" link. From the Saved Wish List, you can select which items you might like to purchase.
