How to Order

From our home page, you will be able to browse through the product categories. Or search for a product by keyword.

Products are grouped by both categories and Health Goal/concern. As you browse through each level you will find extra information.

The Advanced Search is available from the left hand menu and helps you quickly sort or find information. Returning users find this particularly useful.

Easy Menu Navigation

To view a more detailed description of the product and its ingredients, simply click on the 'more details' link. The product page may provide information about the brand manufacturer or other product information. At the bottom of the product description, we enable members to add their own reviews and opinions of products. Where you have an experience with a product please add your comment to help others. This is a feature that we have only recently introduced and therefore hope that you find this useful and encourage participation to make this useful for everyone.

When you have decided which product you would like to purchase, click on the Add to Cart button next to that product. This will deliver that product to your Shopping Cart where you can alter the quantity to purchase. If you change the quantity you wish to order, please remember to click the Update Cart button.

From the product page you can also add the product to a personal wish list (if you are logged in) or alternatively email the information to a friend. We will provide you with 500 MyHealthMyWorld Reward points for any referral to friends or family members (living at a different address), who subsequently place an order worth $50.00 or more on their first visit. (This offer is limited to up to two referrals).

You can also remove a product from your cart by selecting Remove Item.

Our site has the useful feature of being able to view estimated shipping charges from your shopping cart at any time. You can select from Super Saver Shipping, various UPS and US priority mail and international shipping. Your choice depends on your preference and location. Where available, we offer a very popular option for free shipping by Super Saver for orders over $100. All orders incur a $1 handling charge.

From your shopping cart you can either click Continue Shopping to add more items to your shopping cart or use the back arrow from your browser.

At anytime, you can directly navigate to another product area by clicking on "Shopping" from the left hand menu and choosing where you would like to go next. This enables you to rapidly switch to another product area without having to click through various pages. All the time your shopping cart is being maintained for you.

Completing CheckOut
Once you are ready to complete your order select Checkout from the top navigation bar or your shopping cart.

Choose either to Register & Check Out or Log In & Check Out.

Please check or enter you member details and address. We are only able to provide products to customers with an email address. We use the email address for notification in the unlikely event of a product quality recall. You can choose to ship to an address different to your billing address for subsequent orders. Add a nickname in order to make it easy to recall the order for subsequent repeat orders.

If you have a MyHealthMyWorld Rewards balance from previous orders you can elect to use reward points to be credited towards the order.(But not shipping and handling).

Various shipping options are offered and apply dependent on the shipping address. For most people Super Saver Shipping is the most cost efficient. Faster special delivery by UPS is also offered. For international shipping or other questions on shipping please refer to customer Service/shipping.

Check your order summary and decide what payment method you prefer. The supported payment options are: credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover), PayPal, Faxed or Mailed details. At this point you will be able to enter any Discount or Gift Certificate code that you may have.

Complete the Payment details.(Please note that verification of your credit card or PayPal payment is handled via a third party merchant bank. We do not store any credit card details once the transaction is completed).

Once you click continue from the Payment page, you will be presented with a confirmation and order number. All of your orders are stored under your member account. You can track the progress of your order. This link explains the sequential steps by which we keep you informed by email. In order to help us to help you with getting your order to you as soon as possible and answering any questions we create a customer service desk for each and every order. Please direct any order specific questions from the order customer service desk. You can post a message to us directly from the confirmation screen or from MyHealthMyWorld/MyHealth/Previous Orders
