Giving Back

NaturalHealthTrust.com is the philantropic and outreach arm of MyHealthMyWorld. Our aims are the same as our community. Through voting, our community members help steer our activities on education and development of improved Natural Health. NaturalHealthTrust.com is not currently seeking additional project ideas and for 2008 is focused upon increasing public health awareness of the value of private health records and establishing the infrastructure for making this available free of charge.

NaturalHealthTrust.com funds are obtained by three sources:

1. Private singleor monthly donations, with matching funding from Natural Health Formula, cooperative.
2. The value of all MyHealthMyWorld Rewards transferred from purchases made within MyHealthMyWorld store. (See below)
3. NIH, Federal or Charitable Organization research awards.

NaturalHealthTrust.com is a separate financial account within MyHealthMyWorld and fully financially independent from the Cooperative. NaturalHealthTrust.com's funds are not available for the cooperative's commercial objectives. The details are defined in our legally binding ByeLaws and directed by a steering committee. The Cooperative will provide matching funds upto a total maximum (detailed in our byelaws). No salaries, overheads or expenses are deducted from NaturalHealthTrust.com. Everything that is donated into NaturalHealthTrust.com is used for outreach.

Donation Sources

Personal donations to www.naturalhealthtrust.com can be made through the following link. (Donations can be made conveniently directly from PayPal or by secure credit card PayPal transaction). Your money is collected in the naturalhealthtrust.com account. 100% of your donation will be used for supporting public health awareness of personal health records. The coop will provide matching funds upto a total limit, detailed above. Therefore your contribution of $25, means that $50 will be added to the NaturalHealthTrust fund.

Donating MyHealthMyWorld Rewards

Each year, members of our community are invited to vote on priorities for projects for the following year. One vote per member reward. This is a great way to donate your loyalty rewards and help democratically shape the projects that NaturalHealthTrust undertakes.

Details are sent to all community members by email in November of each year. You can choose to donate your MyHealthMyWorld Rewards directly to NaturalHealthTrust to contribute to projects of your choice.

MyHealthMyWorld rewards may also be redeemed by individuals for lower monetary discounts against purchases.

MyHealthMyWorld will match your contributions 1 for 1 (upto a total annual financial contribution of 2% of sales or 15% of net profit of Natural Health Formula, Inc, which ever is the greater).

By the donation of MyHealthMyWorld Rewards and the compounded matching by Natural Health Formula, inc, we aim to maintain a thriving base of investment being plowed back into NaturalHealthTrust.com to be used within our outreach and directed by the choice of our community members. More details are provided in MyHealthMyWorld Rewards Policy and in the election email sent in November.

This fund provides essential resources to causes of interest to our community and enable you to help steer the direction of our interests.

We are actively seeking additional funds to expand what we are able to do. We hope to evolve NaturalHealthTrust.com to a "not for profit" 501(c) tax status.
