Suggested Usage: On Training Days: As a dietary supplement, mix 1-2 scoops with 6-12 onces of cold water and consume 30-45 minutes before training. For optimal results, consume Scivation Xtend™ during training. On Non-Training Days: Mix 1-2 scoops with 6-12 onces of cold water and consume prior to your first meal of the day.
