But, as with all things, the quality of such cremes may vary widely. Most, for example, contain chemicals that health conscious consumers would rather avoid; few provide meaningful levels of supporting herbs; and many fail to disclose the amounts of progesterone they provide. FemCreme, however is different. Each ounce provides exactly 480 mgs. of natural, USP progesterone, and an exquisite blend of classic herbs for total feminine balance, including the precise amount of standardized black cohosh recommended by the German "Kommission E" (40 mg. per day), and all with no synthetics or petrochemicals. In short, FemCreme is the cleanest, purest, most complete and most effective natural progesterone creme available anywhere, and is, as with all Pure Essence products, guaranteed to your complete satisfaction. Recommended Useage: 1/4 teaspoon yields the 24 mg. of natural progesterone recommended by Dr. John R. Lee. Rotate applications between hands, face, chest, back of neck, inner arms, inner thighs, etc. For Menstruating Women: 1/4 teaspoon, twice daily, beginning on the 12th day following the first day of menstrual flow. Continue through day 27. For Perimenopausal Women: 1/4 teaspoon, twice daily, beginning the 12th day after menstrual flow begins. Continue through day 27. For Menopausal Women: 1/4 teaspoon, twice daily for 21 days. Then, take seven days off, and begin anew. After 90 days, reduce to once daily.

Suggested Usage: Massage 1/4 teaspoon, twice daily, into thin tissue areas of skin. For more specific suggestions, consult usage guidelines inside package.
