Each Serving supplies 5 grams of CreaPure™ brand Creatine Monohydrate. The patented production method used to produce CreaPure™ yields a powder that mixed easily into water or juice and does not readily settle to the bottom. As a result, the gretty taste or texture you may have experienced with other creatine powders is not associated with this product. 3 grams of L-Glutamine, 2 grams of Taurine, and 5 grams of Inulin are aslo included to aid absorption and help round out this all-inclusive formula.

Suggested Usage: as a dietary supplement mix two rounded teaspoons of CGT10 with 4oz. of cold water or your favorite beverage. For best results, consume one serving 45-60 minutes prior to and/or one serving immediately after exercise or use as recommended by a physician or licensed nutritionist.
