Milk digestive enzyme that contains lactase which helps to break down lactose (milk sugar). An enzyme product specifically formulated for the digestion-of milk and milk products. We guarantee that the ingredients contained in this product are of the highest quality obtainable. Recommendation: One tablet, or more, taken before or with milk products, provides suitable enzyme activity to aid in the digestion of the following foods (since the need for lactase and rennin differs with the individual, requirement may vary); 4 ounces of milk - 5 ounces of yogurt - or 4 ounces of buttermilk - or 4 ounces of kefit - or 8 ounces of cottage cheese.
