Safe Usage Strength

The amino acid Methionine is a Low Molecular Weight Binding Ligand proven to facilitate absorption and transport of zinc in the human body. OptizincT has been shown to resist absorption interference from fiber and phytic acid.

Recent research has indicated that excess supplementation of Zinc (including 25 mg amounts) on a regular basis negatively affects immunofunction. 15 mg of zinc daily is considered to be the safe usage strength.

Suggested Usage: Take 1 capsule each day or every other day, preferably with food, or as directed by your qualified health consultant.
