Quercetin is a flavonol, a subclass of flavonoids, and is a potent antioxidant. It is one-half of the rutin molecule, another flavonol. Quercetin is a more active antioxidant than is rutin and is the most widely consumed flavonoid in the diet.

Suggested Usage: Take 1 or more capsules per day with meals, or as directed by your qualified health consultant.
