Jarrow Formulas uses inulin from chicory which is a source of FOS to encourage the growth of beneficial bacteria. Jarro-Dophilus + FOS survives stomach acid and implants. FOS are natural carbohydrates that enhance replication of beneficial bacteria.

Suggested Usage: Take 1 to 3 capsules per day with unchilled water, or dissolve capsule in mouth, 20-60 minutes after eating, or as directed by your qualified health consultant. For infants and children, open capsule and pour contents into water or over food.
Keep In refrigerator or freezer. Capsule consists of gelatin. Contains traces of dairy (milk and/or casein and/or whey). Note: color of product naturally varies from white to tan.
