FOS are natural carbohydrates that enhance replication of beneficial bacteria. Jarro-Dophilus + FOS powder survives stomach acid and implants. Jarro-Dophilus + FOS contains 7 species of the hardiest of the Lactobacilli and Bifidobacteria at a potency of 10-15 billion per gram at time of manufacture.

Suggested Usage: Take 1/4 teaspoon per day with unchilled water, or dissolve in mouth, 20-60 minutes after eating, or as directed by your qualified health consultant. For children, 1/8 teaspoon per day in water or over food. Keep In refrigerator or freezer
