L-Glutamine is a conditionally essential amino acid for athletes because physical activity depletes your body’s supply of it. Therefore, proper supplementation with Nitro Micronized L-Glutamine will help maintain higher muscle nitrogen levels and greater Glutathione levels, your body’s main anti oxidant. This can result in significantly greater workout intensity levels and increased athletic performance, faster recovery and greater muscle growth. Suggested Usage: If you weigh between 100 – 180 lbs. mix (1) heaping teaspoon (approximately 5-7g) in juice or water 30 minutes before and immediately after physical activity. If you weigh more than 180 lbs., mix (2) heaping teaspoon (approximately 10-14g) in juice or water 30 minutes before and immediately after physical activity.
