Inter-Sport Creatine Xplosion™ has also been formulated with a specific combination of nutrients designed to help relieve muscle stress and soreness.

Suggested Usage: FOR THE FIRST FOUR DAYS (LOADING): Take two (2) servings daily, one in the morning and one immediately after workout or in the afternoon on off days.

For maintenance: Take one (1) serving immediately after your workout, or take one serving on an empty stomache. For best results, mix two scoops (90g) of Creatine Xplosion™ with 10-12 oz. of cold water.
