This new dietary supplement, The TEFA Junior contains a balanced combination of omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids to meet your children's daily EFA needs. EFAs have been shown to support healthy brain and eye development and function, and are also recommended for proper harmonious growth.The Total EFA Junior is nutritionally complete with a 1:1 omega-3 to omega-6 ratio. It contains omega-3 EPA and DHA from fish oil (molecularly distilled sardines and anchovies); omega-3 ALA from organic Flax Oil and omega-6 GLA from Borage Oil (both cold pressed). Contains organic flax oil, borage oil and molecularly distilled fish oil. Also contains natural vitamin E for freshness. Recommendation: Children under 3: empty contents of one capsule and mix with food. Three to seven years: one to two capsules daily. Eight to ten years: two to three capsules daily. Over ten years: three to four capsules daily.
