Suggested Use
For use by adults and children 12 years and older, take 1 to 2 capsules 2 times per day. For faster results, take two capsules three times daily for the first 30-45 days. Once the desired effect has been obtained, dosage may be reduced. Dosage must be continued in order to maintain the benefits.
