Basically they took all of the most effective actives in Primed, increased the amount per serving and put it in caps without the extra added carbs so those on diets can use it too. Suggested Usage: On training days, take two (2) capsules 30-40 minutes prior to training (preferably on an empty stomach). For maximum results, avoid consuming a meal, MRP or protein drink within 45 minutes to an hour of taking Primed Ultra.
