Eventually, this will lead to a diminishment of aromatase in the body, and hence, a similar reduction in estrogen will occur. Corresponding to this reduction in estrogen will be an increase in testosterone production, which has been shown to be very significant. Such a result will be countered by up regulation of aromatase when one stops taking the supplement, leading to no long term estrogen deficiency.Androstenetrione acts as the perfect post-cycle compound to elevate suppressed testicular testosterone production, while at the same time, controlling estrogen in males.
